Registration & Cancellation Policies

On this page you will find all the information’s about how to register to any of our classes and also how much discount you could get if you where interested in taking multiple courses with us. Before registering for our courses you maybe also want to make yourself familiar with our cancellation policy to avoid any disappointments in case you have to cancel your registered course.

To register for our courses are easy, familiarize yourself with the courses we are offering and you can also find on our calendar all upcoming and scheduled courses. We are usually working three to four month ahead with our calendar and if you need any information’s regarding possible courses in the future feel free to call us directly at 604.569.1680

If you found the course you want to register for on the calendar you can simply click that particular course on the calendar and a pop-up window will guide you through the rest of the registration at which point you will not be required to pay anything yet. We try to acknowledge your course registration by email within 48h and will follow up with a phone call to confirm your registration, inform about any necessary information’s regarding your course and inform you about your payments option. Please do bear in mind that your spot in class is only guaranteed once we have received the payments for your course in full.

You can also call us directly (office time is 9.00 – 16.00 / Mon-Fri) or simply drop us an email with any questions or registrations you have or are interested in.

What do our course prices entail?

That’s the nice think about our courses, you don’t have to do the scaling or washing-up which means for the duration of the course you can focus on the learning aspect only. Recipes, aprons, all the tools and ingredients, coffee & tea and some light snacks are there for you is well. The only thing you maybe want to bring in is some containers or bags to haul all your goodies home which you will create and bake during class.

Are there any discounts available?

Yes! If you are registering for the complete series, here is a quick breakdown of our discounts:

Pastry Training & Artisan Bread Baking Courses

Sign up for the complete Pastry Training Course Series(10 courses) you will receive 5% discount and A Certificate of Completion.

Total discounted price for the complete Pastry Training Courses (10 courses) is— $1757.50 (+tax)

Sign up for the complete Artisan Bread Baking Series (8 courses) you will receive 5% discount and A Certificate of Completion.

Total discounted price for the complete Artisan Bread Baking Courses (8 courses) is— $1425.00(+tax)

Chocolate Training Courses

Chocolate Training Course 1 is mandatory if you have never worked with or tempered chocolate before!
Sign up for the complete Chocolate Training Course Series (8 courses)  you will receive 5% discount and A Certificate of Completion.

Total discounted price for the complete Chocolate Training Course Series(8 courses) is—  $1482.00 (+tax)


Pastry Training Centres cancellation policy:

As mentioned we have to receive your full payment for the course you which to register for to reserve the spot for you. As we are all living busy lives we do understand that sometimes the need to cancel or postpone a course arises and we are committed to help you with any necessary course and or date changes if possible.

If we receive word from you by either email or you have talked to us at least 5 business days prior to your scheduled course we can move your course registration forward (once) to the next available course of the same topic. If you rather have a refund of the funds paid we will do so but a 35$ administration fee for each course will apply.

If less than 5 business days prior notice is given  no refund or change of dates / course is available as the food purchases would be completed and it would be too short of time for us to recoup our expenses occurred.

Gift Vouchers:

Gift vouchers for the Pastry Training Centre of vancouver are valid for 12 month from date of purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

The Pastry Training Centre reserves the right to cancel or change the classes at any time.
